How does the process work?
Once you have submitted a quotation request, we will get back to you within a day with a price. If accepted, we will arrange a date to visit your London property and carry out the measured building survey.
The survey will be carried out using a Leica RTC360 laser scanner, and if necessary, a total station with a dual-axis compensator. For regular sized 3 bedroom homes, the survey visit should take no more than 3 hours. We take the captured data, process it and then provide the deliverables in 2D CAD & PDF format (Usually ready in 4-6 days). We can also deliver 3D Revit models and associated 2D plans if preferred.
